When using the order form, many of the item amounts are estimates. Every animal is different, so the final cuts vary in size as well.

Many online ordering sites will give a range of item weights, but charge one set price. To avoid our customers paying more than they should, we check our inventory before filling orders. At that time, we will have exact weights and will send an invoice for your review.  We appreciate your business!

Raised on our family farm, our pork is USDA inspected. Cut and packaged to our specifications.
